Toolkit 1 Submission: Autodesk Maya and Supporting software

Autodesk Maya and supporting software Reflective statement

At the beginning of the year, I absolutely hated Maya. I found the software extremely overwhelming and diffcult to wrap my head around at first, but over the year, I came to understand it a whole lot better and actually came to enjoy some of it. I would say I've come a long way with what I've learned with Maya, although i still have a long way to go. I think the biggest issue I had with this project was under prioritising it, prioritising my other projects over it throughout the year, which meant I had less time to actually finish all the tutorials.

When it comes to the supporting software such as adobe photoshop, premier pro, after effects etc. I feel I've come a long way with them as well, although I don't have a lot of what I did from those tutorials saved. I knew some of the software beforehand (photoshop, premier pro, a little after effects) and now I have a better understanding of those softwares, as well as learning how to use other software I've never used before. I'm looking forward to learning about these more next year.
